If you are unable to communicate with relevant person via e-mail, maybe I could have the same question themselves, and also a comment in the sense that some people seem to be under the false impression that everything ------- -- - --- situation is true and correct that ------------.
Then people would ask, in its true and proper response should be made to a question just a question of volunteering, and some information is not really a problem.

Homeopathic remedies are called "dietary supplements" by the FDA, and as such are not reviewed or approved by the FDA.
The FDA approved the drug in the NDA (New Drug Application) for the process. This process is rigorous. It requires years of data from clinical trials (costing several million dollars), which states that the drug is safe and effective. The application will be reviewed and recommendations by a panel of experts. Once the FDA accepts or rejects the request.
Believe me, no grass grew through the NDA process.
The FDA has nothing to do with homeopathic treatments, what they are not "drugs". The placebo pills are essentially very expensive, and it is by definition no active ingredient in them, the FDA is not involved in the regulation, since they are treated as dietary supplements.
So, you're wrong
Not really. You do not have to go through the same testing as medicines to enable them to demand anything. You may not use, but not for a fee. Read the resignation of bottles, you'll see what I mean.
