I am looking for a few weeks after "good for the energy drink. And a personal trainer gives me drinks like Amplifire Soooo .. I know I could not believe that it is good for me .. just watch the video

The site lists the ingredients are water, orange, lemon, ginger, and anti-oxidant. This seems quite healthy.
