I took my BP for a while now. Last week was my 81st systolic and diastolic BP 131 I worked on a large scale in the week (walk 4 miles per day, etc..) And this week I have my BP. It was 136 systolic and diastolic 79th Why is my place, while my lower systolic diastolic?

I'm only 18 ... I'm worried about this or my BP?
